“When I hang something large on the wall, I feel alive again, just by looking at it every day. Art is like a medication that revitalizes the soul. So, if you make that bigger, we’re talking about a museum, right? If there was a machine, a machine that acts like a hospital, a way for people to feel alive again, then the museum is a hospital for the soul. So just getting a single piece of work and displaying it at home is the equivalent of taking a good vitamin every day.”

Conversation between Genichiro Inokuma and Yoshiko Morita, “Painters Have to Live Long Lives,” Aji-no-Techo , September 1982.

We hope that Inokuma’s paintings will be like vitamins for you all.

◇ Printing Process

The original artwork is scanned and then printed using a method called PiezoGraph , which reproduces the image using ultra-fine ink dots. Technicians compare the colors and textures of each print to the original artwork, and then make adjustments, so the colors are very close to the original.

* All reproductions are made to order. For international shipping, delivery will take approximately 6 weeks after payment is received.

If you choose the “with frame” option, the reproduction will be shipped already set in the frame.
