Delivery Address

Only one delivery address can be specified per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

Selecting Delivery Dates and Times

You may select a delivery date between 5 and 30 days after the order date. For orders placed after 6:00 p.m., delivery can be scheduled from 6 days after the order date. Please choose your preferred delivery date and time slot from the options on the shopping cart screen. For orders placed on days our online shop is closed (days when the Marugame Genichiro Inokuma Museum of Contemporary Art is closed), delivery dates can be selected from 5 to 30 days from the next business day.
Orders placed after 6:00 p.m. will be counted as being placed the following day.

Note: Delivery dates and times cannot be specified for international shipments or shipments via Letter Pack Light.

Time to Shipment

  • Cash-on-delivery orders, items will be shipped within 5 business days after you receive your order confirmation email (excluding year-end/new year holidays and other temporary closures). Business days are based on the museum’s opening schedule.
  • Orders paid for at the time ordering (credit card, bank transfer, or postal transfer), items will be shipped within 5 business days from the date we confirm your payment (excluding year-end/new year holidays and other temporary closures). Business days are based on the museum’s opening schedule.

Note: Shipping may not be possible due to out-of-stock items, or may be delayed due to factors such as your delivery area or natural disasters.

Orders Placed During Museum Closures

Orders can still be placed when the museum is closed, but shipping will resume on or after the next business day.

The following shipping costs apply to deliveries within Japan.

  • Tohoku: ¥1,180

  • Kanto / Shinetsu: ¥930
    (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama, Gunma, Tochigi, Ibaraki, Yamanashi, Niigata, Nagano)
  • Hokuriku / Chubu: ¥800
    (Aichi, Shizuoka, Mie, Gifu, Fukui, Ishikawa, Toyama)
  • Kansai: ¥690
    (Osaka, Nara, Kyoto, Wakayama, Shiga, Hyogo)
  • Chugoku: ¥690
    (Hiroshima, Okayama, Yamaguchi, Tottori, Shimane)
  • Shikoku: ¥590
    (Kagawa, Ehime, Tokushima, Kochi)
  • Kyushu: ¥800
    (Fukuoka, Kumamoto, Saga, Miyazaki, Nagasaki, Kagoshima, Oita)
  • Okinawa: ¥2,380

Shipping is free for orders totaling more than 10,000 yen (tax included).

International Shipping

Separate shipping charges apply for international deliveries. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country/region. Please check the fee displayed after entering your delivery address during the checkout process.

Letter Pack Light

Letter Pack Light is a lower-cost shipping option that involves certain risks.
Please read and agree to the following before selecting this option.

  • This option is only available for orders that include only items eligible for Letter Pack Light. It cannot be used when combined with items that are not compatible.
  • This option is available only when the total price of Letter Pack Light eligible items (i.e. your entire order) is 1,100 yen (tax included) or less. If the total exceeds 1,100 yen, standard shipping will be used instead.
  • Letter Pack Light shipping is charged at a flat rate of 430 yen (tax included) nationwide.
  • Delivery is made to your mailbox as a general rule. Depending on the shape of your mailbox, part of the package may protrude, increasing the risk of damage or loss. Please note that our online shop cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for undelivered, damaged, or lost items.
  • If your name or address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may not be deliverable. Please double-check all information before placing your order and be sure to include apartment or building names without abbreviation.
  • Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or postal transfer.
  • The delivery date and time cannot be specified.
