Cancellation and Changes After Ordering
Please note that cancellations or changes to orders and shipping addresses cannot be made after placing your order.
* Please note that if we are unable to confirm your payment within two weeks of your order, it will be automatically canceled.
Returns and Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for defective items (missing pages, mis ordered page’s damage, stains, etc.) or if there is an error on our part. We carefully inspect all items before shipping. If you receive a defective item, please contact us by phone (0877-24-7755) or via our Contact Form.
Please contact us if a product is damaged or stained due to an accident during shipping. However, please note that we cannot accept exchanges after two weeks from the date of delivery, even if the product is defective.
In addition, we do not exchange the following items:
- Products that have been used
- Products damaged by the customer
- Products with missing packaging or damaged or stained packaging due to reasons other than shipping-related accidents
- Products returned without prior notice
Shipping Charges for Exchanges
We will cover the return shipping costs in cases of shop error or defective items.
Please return the items using cash on delivery (cod) service. We will promptly send a replacement item after receiving the return.
