An art museum should be loved by everyone, and people should come here to enjoy themselves. I want the art museum to be a place where people can gradually understand new forms of beauty. Art museums are sometimes seen as places where you must straighten up and approach with reverence before you even enter. I would rather people just drop in. There’s coffee, and there are even sandwiches. There are comfy sofas for visitors to sit on and rest. I want visitors to relax and take time inside this space. It would be wonderful if everyone’s concerns and worries just drifted away. Therefore, a museum can play the role that a church used to serve in the old days. It’s a health resort for the spirit. An art museum is a health resort for the spirit. Come here and heal yourself from emotional issues and concerns. That’s what an art museum is.
