猪熊弦一郎（1902-1993）の描いた「馬」をモチーフとした作品をご紹介いたします。猪熊は馬を、「神様の作られた作品の中でも傑作の中の傑作」と述べており、生涯にわたって好んで描きました。今回は、その中から12点を選び掲載いたします。画家の深い観察眼と探究心によって、特徴を捉えて描かれた「馬」を1年間お楽しみください。
